CourseCo's L.E.A.D. Class of 2022
A key consideration in the development of CourseCo's LEAD Program is to encourage participation of individuals of talent from diverse backgrounds. This includes differences related to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, gender expression and presentation, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability and socioeconomic status. We see diversity as an asset to our organization and to our internal training programs and strive to be reflective of the representation of diverse voices within our teams.
